Im so thankful to have found X3 performance! I had ACL surgery and needed to get back to 100% before returning to work as a firefighter. Andrew, one of the therapist is incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me for over six months and got me back! Everyone who works there are very kind and helpful in every aspect. Only thing I wish I did differently is find X3 sooner than I did!!

It has been extremely helpful working with Sterling and Andrew at X3. They have been very thorough and helped me get back to my activities. The X3 facility is a giant work out center with lots of activity to keep you inspired. X3 helps all ages and types of athletes at various points in their training and recovery. I highly recommend using X3 for those wanting a clear path back to sport.

I am very happy I found X3 as the facility is next level and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. If you need rehab or PT for anything I would recommend X3 above all others, as it is truly an amazing place.
I needed some PT to fix old shoulder problems that began resurfacing. I asked your team if they could get me out of PT (and pain) and back in the gym as fast as possible, and they succeeded in less time than I thought. I did not think my arm/shoulder problem was too severe, but Sterling and Hans did not treat it that way. They treated my shoulder problem just as seriously as anything else so I could achieve my goal.

Dr. Sterling Jeffries at X3 Performance Physical Therapy is nothing short of incredible. On my very first visit, he immediately and correctly diagnosed my right knee issue as Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. From day one, he paid close attention to everything we did, always checking in on my pain levels and ensuring that nothing we did aggravated the injury further.
Dr. Jeffries used advanced tools, including blood flow restriction devices, and implemented a focused rehab plan that led to steady progress. After every visit, my symptoms improved noticeably. By the fourth session, my knee strength had increased by 120%, and I was back to full performance without fear of re-injury—even doing the same activity that caused the issue in the first place.
I’m incredibly thankful to the entire team at X3 for making me feel so welcome. Dr. Jeffries is not only an expert in his field but someone I now consider a friend. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy and genuine care.

It has been fun working with Sterling at X3. He has been thorough, listened to my concerns and helped me get closer to being back on the tennis court. My situation is somewhat unique but he seems to know how to address new pains and challenges along the journey. The X3 facility is a giant work out center with lots of activity to keep you inspired. Many young athletes use it to train for college sports alongside the 50+ athletes. I highly recommend using X3 for those wanting a clear path back to sport.

Glad a friend told me about X3 for physical therapy. The entire team provides excellent customer service. I worked with Andrew (pt). He is super knowledgeable and has been an integral part in keeping me pain free. I've been to numerous physical therapists over the years and not all of them 'know' human bodies and movement. Andrew has an in depth understanding. He takes the time to understand the need and therefore develops a winning solution!

My Daughter who plays beach volleyball had X3 Specifically Sterling Jeffries preform her physical therapy and rehabilitation from ankle surgery. Everyone at X3 Is great to deal with. Scheduling everything was extremely easy and sterling did an amazing job keeping the physical therapy on track and had outstanding results getting her back ready for the beach. I would highly recommend X3 for any types of sports rehab or general training purposes. Very professional and a great gym.

After my bilateral mastectomy and lack of movement for three months I was feeling weak and stiff. My son trains at X3 and based on our outstanding experience with that I knew there was no better place to go. Sterling lead me in all the best ways to regain range of motion and begin strength training again. His attention to detail and devotion to research the rehab that would get top results was outstanding. The entire staff does an amazing job and I would highly recommend them for any type of rehab/PT that one would need. Thanks X3!!
